The standard format for making a request is shown below, along with general advice, and should be followed. Most charts and graphs on the web are in the public domain. @Bpmcneilly I found that the Mordovian ASSR national emblem has been maliciously uploaded a fake SVG file by another user. I suggest you re-upload the real SVG file under a new file name, thank you very much. Boston Mayflower (talk) 06:09, 13 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
This is not a {{FakeSVG}} but a {{TracedSVG}}. The existing version should be correctly tagged so. When uploading the new SVG, please just overwrite the traced one with the one you produce. @Bpmcneilly The Chechen "МАССО А МЕХКИЙН ПРОЛЕТАРИЙШ, ЦХЬАЬНАКХЕТА!" and Ingush "МАССА А МЕХКАШКАРА ПРОЛЕТАРЕШ, ВӀАШАГӀКХЕТА!" motto inscriptions below should be replaced with inscriptions in Moksha "СЕМБЕ МАСТОРОНЬ ПРОЛЕТАРИЯТНЕ, ПУРОМОДА МАРС!" and Erzya "ВЕСЕ МАСТОРОНЬ ПРОЛЕТАРИЙТЬ, ВЕЙСЭНДЯВОДО!". In addition, the state name inscriptions (Russian: МОРДОВСКАЯ АССР, Erzya:МОРДОВСКОЙ АССР) above the shield should be aligned with the letters "РСФСР" and the Moksha letters "МОРДОВСКЯЙ АССР" and arranged in an inverted trapezoid shape. @Bpmcneilly I suddenly discovered that although the modification of the Mordovian ASSR national emblem was completed, the font used was seriously narrow. Therefore, I suggest that all but the original "РСФСР" five letters be switched to Arial font, and the same is true for other ASSR emblems that will be vectorized soon. So, in this instance the font used was Liberation Sans Narrow (an open font Arial clone). I can try & replace it with the standard Liberation Sans? I just tried it in the lower portion of the emblem & what resulted was smaller text (so it would fit on the line), and then individual letters getting squeezed together even more (in particular for the Moksha line). In the top, the results may be better as the text is smaller & we've got more space to play with. I'm happy to switch it for all the text & let you know which version your prefer though. Therefore, I personally recommend remaking the SVG vector image of the Chuvash ASSR national emblem based on the Komi ASSR national emblem and uploading it as a new file, rather than modifying and overwriting the original SVG vector image of the Chuvash ASSR national emblem.

These are logos of ministries of the Syrian government. Could someone please convert them into SVG format?
The Syrian emblem (the golden eagle) can be taken from here: File:Emblem of Syria.svg.
The text must always be green (even when it is white in the JPG file), specifically this color: #002623.
In some cases, the Syrian emblem and the text are not centered but aligned to the right; however, in the SVG version they should be centered, like all the others.
The only exception is the last logo, which is slightly different from the others and must be kept exactly as it is in the SVG.
In other words, image number 1 can be used as an example of how all the others should be made, except for the last one.
The background must always be transparent. In the SVG, include only the emblem and the text in Arabic and in English.

Would appreciate an SVG version of the pre 1920 device, which was a bronze branch of oak leaves. Read about the device here. Speaking only for myself: the effort required for vectorizing cannot be judged just by whether an image “looks simple.” What really matters is whether vector data already exists and how easy it is to find.
Logo Washington Monthly.svg: I searched for vector data for a long time but couldn’t find any. I still decided to vectorize it myself.
Logos are official assets and must be reproduced precisely. That means I take a lot of care — and the necessary time — when working on a logo like this.
So if requests here are not handled in the order or speed you expected, there are likely technical reasons. No one is ignoring you on purpose.
Relisting your requests will not change this. It tends to create confusion and could even have the opposite effect.
You could try to engage the contributors and motivate them — for example, by explaining why you want 17 football logos vectorized. ✓ Done --Mrmw (talk) 15:17, 22 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]
