Limite de 58 ans - œuvres anonymes avant 1937

Bonjour,

Je viens de lire votre commentaire sur Commons:Deletion requests/File:Vue générale du salon des sculptures et peintures des artistes français - btv1b9051345m.jpg. Je ne savais pas que ce terme de 58 ans existait car il n'est pas cité sur {{PD-France}} (ni en anglais ni en français du moins). Pensez-vous qu'il serait opportun de créer un modèle comme {{PD-France-URAA}}, à l'image de {{PD-Algeria-URAA}}, pour tous ces fichiers publiés anonymement avant 1937 ou dont l'auteur est mort avant cette date ? La limite américaine des 95 ans se rapproche mais n'est pas encore atteinte pour tous les fichiers publiés entre 1931 et 1937.

Oui, pourquoi pas. Je préfère plutôt les modèles génériques aux modèles spécifiques (il est impossible de se souvenir de tous les modèles spécifiques, mais il est facile de se souvenir de quelques modèles génériques). I recently submitted deletion requests for several files taken from Pindad's website and social media. My initial focus was on files that clearly display a "Property of Pindad" watermark. There are still other files I have not nominated yet, as I would like to see how the current deletion requests proceed first.

The photograph is my original work. I personally took it on Paulista Avenue. I have 20 other shots of the same Moro puppet from different angles to prove it, and if needed replace this one that you deleted.

You gave me zero evidence. Zero discussion. Just a threat.

Wikimedia's own policy says blocks are for preventing damage, not punishment. It also says threatening other editors is prohibited. One might be block for this reason. Hello Yann, I am the son of Hamburg photographer Fritz_Peyer and have inherited numerous portrait photographs of celebrities from him. According to German copyright law §28, the copyright has been transferred to me. I have scanned some of these photos and uploaded them to Wikimedia Commons. I have identified myself as the author and released the files under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license. Unfortunately, you and others who have requested that the photos be deleted are questioning the legality of this release. How can I prove my right to release the photos (preferably once and for all)? The ones I uploaded, also the older versions are now irrelevant. So maybe they too can go. And if you could plz overwrite the svg version by taking reference from the jpg file. The Jpg file is according to the current scenario but the svg file was last updated in Nov 2024. We have had a few elections since then. That's why JPG version as a reference. no because hhe actors have passed they would be in the fair use protocol, as a replacement license picture is obviously not possible, wikcommons is a different system under no circumstances do they except copyright images that are not in the public domain , as you mentioned before 1955, unfortunately Joyce passed away in 2013 and Frank Lloyd (1928-1995), and Frank Lloyd in 1995, it it is easy to get confused with the name because there are several people named Frank Lloyd but it was the actor from Home and Away. kind regards Newcumer80 (talk) 14:29, 13 February 2026 (UTC)

Images deleted

My images on Indian monsoon, with infographics in hindi were deleted by user:The Squirrel Conspiracy terming them as personal images (F10). These images included- Distribution of rainfall, monsoon, climate factors, activities for children. Other images on Jain cosmology were also deleted without any notice or explanation. Calling them personal image is false & rude. They were meant to beautify hindi wikipedia pages. Moi, de ma part, je suis habitué à demander un import des versions antérieures lorsque je traduis un article (exemples: de:Stanislas Barthélémy de l'édition française et de:Trichiurus lepturus de l'édition anglaise); et je sais que la software MediaWiki supporte un Importupload servant, entre autres, pour la duplication de pages. Pour les traductions propres, on pourrai envisager des pages dupliquées comme Commons:Uploading works by a third party/french et Commons:Uploading works by a third party/german for the typing work, non?
